Your privacy
Checking whether we cover your area doesn’t require us to know your location.
When you enter a postcode, we use it only to check whether it falls within our home visit area. We don’t store it, and we don’t use it for advertising or analytics.
How the map uses data
Postcode checks
Your postcode is sent over an encrypted connection to postcodes.io, a public postcode lookup service, to find its approximate location. It isn’t stored by The Mobile Physio, added to the page address or sent to our analytics.
Interactive map
Map tiles are loaded from OpenFreeMap when the interactive map appears, using data © OpenStreetMap contributors and drawn with MapLibre. Your browser asks OpenFreeMap for them directly, so they see your IP address, as any website would.
Your location
We never request or access your device’s location to work out whether we cover your area.
Cookies
The map and postcode checker don’t set cookies.
