  • Support with strength, balance and everyday mobility, including care adapted for people living with dementia.

Your first home visit

Your first appointment gives us time to understand your concerns, assess your movement and agree a plan. Where appropriate, treatment starts during the same visit, with practical advice and exercises to continue between appointments.

  1. Understand your needs

We talk through your concerns, your health history and what you’d like to be able to do again.

  2. Assess and explain

We assess your movement, strength and mobility where appropriate, and explain what we find and what we recommend.

  3. Begin treatment and plan the next steps

Where suitable, treatment begins during the same visit. We agree a plan together, with advice and exercises suited to you.

Your physiotherapist

Your appointments are with Max Gaffney, founder and physiotherapist at The Mobile Physio. You’ll see the same physiotherapist throughout your treatment, with care adapted as your needs and progress change.

What patients say

Would definitely recommend Max. I’d been struggling with my back for a while and he was really helpful from the first appointment. He explained what he thought was going on in a way that actually made sense and gave me a few exercises to work on between visits.

I’m feeling so much better now and much more confident getting back to normal. Max is really friendly and easy to get on with, and having him come to the house made everything so much easier. Really happy with the whole experience.
